Elgin Energy EsCo Ltd. is seeking to develop a ground mounted solar PV farm on land located at Maesmawr Farm, Upper Boat, Ton-Teg, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, CF38 1SL.

The development will occupy approximately 92 acres of agricultural land and is located immediately to the south of Maesmawr Farm, either side of Maesmawr Road between Church Village and Treforest Industrial Estate, to the west is the main railway line linking Cardiff and the Valleys. To the west lies the A473.

This website has been created as part of the Statutory Pre-Application Consultation process in order to allow for comments and feedback from interested parties before the planning application is formally submitted to the Planning and Environment Decisions Wales.
It is important to note that the project is evolving through detailed design and stakeholder consultation.
